1.Bachelor or above degree, with major in L&D, HR, or business-related field.
2.At least 1 years of experience in learning and development.
3.Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access)
4.Good written and oral communication skills.
5.Strong time management, organized and flexible with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
6.Good command in English (with TOEIC score of 600 or above would be a plus).
